The competences of the Department of Mechanical-technological examinations lie in investigations of concrete, including the special field ‘High-strength casting materials’, of masonry, façade constructions and lightweight metal construction. The range of services is rounded off with special tests in the field of ‘Rubber’. In addition, ‘Site engineering investigations’ are mainly offered for concrete and masonry structures.
In addition, the Department of Mechanical-technological examinations are active in the monitoring of concrete on building sites (ÜK2 and 3) and in the certification of the above-mentioned building materials.
